Documents required for Singapore Visa

For Nationals of Bangladesh who are travelling to Singapore.

Regular Visa Applicants:

  1. Passport with validity for at least 190 days from the time of application.
  2. Invitation letter (LOI) – May be obtained from a Registered Company in Singapore or an Individual residing in Singapore (LOI must include Company registration no, signatory’s  name, designation, NRIC no.) or from Singapore Airlines by purchasing air ticket (Regency Travels will arrange). The LOI must be submitted in the format prescribed in the V39A Form
  3. One set of valid Passport Photocopy, pages 1-5 & renewal page if any.
  4. 1 set visa application form completely filled in with original sign as per passport.
  5. 2 recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (25×35 mm, white background, matt or semi matt finish).
  6. Visa request letter from office if employed, visa request letter on business letter pad if business person, travel letter from educational institute or student ID card copy if student.
  7. Forwarding letter addressed to the Consulate regarding your purpose of visit.
  8. Visiting Card.
  9. Visa processing time minimum 5 working days (excluding online visa submission date, weekends and government holidays)**.
  10. Undertaking in prescribed format.
  11. NOC letter for job holder & Salary Certificate.
  12. Annual income, Air ticket & Hotel booking.
  13. Covid-19 vaccine certificate.
  14. Mobile number and Email address
  15. Singapore visa fee and service charge BDT 3150/-

 Please Note:

  1. Delay, visa approval and visa category of visa application is entirely at the discretion of the Consulate of Singapore.
  2. Effective from 11th January 2018, there is no definite timeline for visa issuance. The processing timeline will range from minimum 5 working days (except online visa submission date, weekends and government holidays) to 1 month or more (for some cases only).

Visa Applicants with Appointment at NUH:

  1.  Letter from NUH stating confirmed medical appointment*.  LOI is emailed directly to Regency Travels Ltd.
  2. Passport with validity for at least 190 days from the time of application.
  3. 1 set visa application form completely filled in with original sign as per passport.
  4. 2 recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (25×35 mm, white background, matt or semi matt finish).
  5. Visa request letter from office if employed, visa request letter on business letter pad if business person, travel letter from educational institute or student ID card copy if student.
  6. Visiting card.
  7. Forwarding letter addressed to the Consulate regarding your purpose of visit.
